Screenplay Length

God help me! I've been over and over my screenplay got it down from 245 pgs to 175pgs.
BUT, I still need to trim it down more. I'm at the point where I gonna have hold my nose and cut scenes I really like.

I was in tears when Chris uttered "My God" when Bobby Jindal walked out to give the Republican rebuttal to the President the other night.
It was so what I was thinking. There are moments of pure honesty, such as those,
that deserve a salute. Chris Matthews, I salute you!!!!!

The OSCARS are here!!!

Can't wait to see my girl Aniston!!!! She's a presenter tonight.
I'm looking forward to seeing the fashion. Oscars are a nice escape.
For now, it's back to work.

That pic of Ri Ri battered was really too much to take. Not to mention a invasion of her privacy.My heart goes out to her. I hope she seeks therapy or some form of support to help her cope with this traumatic experience. To be brutalized by a love one has to be the absolute worse betrayal.

Did Burris lie?

Following Roland Burris story today. MSNBC is reporting that Blagojevich was in contact with Burris to raise ten thousand dollars for Blago. Doesn't smell good. Burris famously said 'I aint got no money' back when he was fighting for President Obama's senate seat. MSNBC is reporting that Burris tried to raise the money. I admired his gumption for fighting for the seat--now not so much.

I don't know what to make of it. I hate
when people read prepared statements.
They seem so fake. I guess if you're nervous
that's the way to go, but still...

Day off

Took most of the day off; didn't touch my screenplay. Felt pretty good to relax and hang with
the family. It's going on 4:30 and I'm going to spend a bit of time working now.
